I am sharing this sympathy card that I created for my sister-in-law Helen.
Today at 1pm it is the memorial for my father-in-law who sadly passed away on 25th March 2022.
This post is dedicated to my husband Phil and his sister Helen in memory of their father Tony Price.
Here is a picture of all four of us from back in 2008.
I questioned myself whether it was right to share this card today.
After much thought I decided to go ahead and share this as my blog is my papercraft diary and reflects both the good times and the sad times.
I'm not going to share what products I've used or share any product links but I will mention that I've used retired patterned paper called the True Love DSP from Stampin' Up!
I managed to stock up on lots of this paper as it is perfect for many occasions not just sympathy cards.
I used it last year for the sympathy cards I created for my aunties after we lost my Grandma - click here to view.
I've also used it for many other occasion, including Christmas - you can find all the cards I've created with it here and a video tutorial here.
I fussy these beautiful flowers from the patterned paper.
It didn't take long but I think you will agree the flowers are stunning against a backdrop of white.
So so beautiful and thankyou for sharing with everyone. Always remember the good times and the smiles, they will never fade.
