Welcome to the Ink.Stamp.Share Blog Hop!
I'm back again with my final project created with the Friendly Hello DSP & stamp set from Stampin' Up! available only during Sale-A-Bration which will ends on Monday 28th February.
The lovely Jo Blackman has chosen this great sketch for us to base our projects on.
I always love working with sketches but often forget about them so it's really nice to be challenged, in fact, I will be sharing another card based on a sketch on Monday at 4pm!
The beauty of sketches is you can interpret them however you like. You can follow it closely or pick out parts. My card closely follows the sketch layout, with exception to the shape of the label, the bow and leaves.
The Friendly Hello DSP features the colours Basic Black, Fresh Freesia, Granny Apple Green, Petal Pink, Pool Party, Shaded Spruce.
It has been a while since I used Petal Pink so I chose this colour for my card base and then chose two patterns from the pack of patterned paper that coordinated well.
I've used a sentiment 'Get well soon' from the Through it Together stamp set and stamped it in the darkest colour that was featured on the patterned paper - Shaded Spruce.
I added Iridescent Rhinestones Basic Jewels in the centre of all of the flowers on this card.
They are actually all the same colour - they adapt to the colours they are close to really well. A must have for your crafty stash!
Thank you so much for visiting my blog - I hope you enjoyed my project today!
Now it's time to check out the other projects!
