Share it Sunday Blog Hop!

I am hopping along today with Stampin' demos and papercrafters for the Crafty Collaborations Share it Sunday Blog Hop.

My card was inspired by a card created by Berdien Weideveld - you can see her beautiful card on Instagram here.

I have several relatives who live in Holland so this style really spoke to me and I wanted to create my first project with the Windmill Field dies from Stampin' Up! using the gorgeous Misty Moonlight patterned paper from the Heart and Home DSP.

I wanted my windmill to look 3D so I adhered multiple layers of the windmill tower alternating in Basic White and Misty Moonlight.

For the windmill arms, I layered two pieces of cardstock and added a brad from my crafty stash so that the arms can turn.

I layered two clouds die cut from Basic White so they appeared 3D once adhered to a panel cut from the Stitched Rectangle dies.

The Windmill Field dies are fantastic - there are some many I haven't used yet!

I added a bicycle to the inside of the card. Bicycles always remind me of Holland, you go into a city and you can literally see hundreds chained up. It's a popular method of transport as Holland is so flat - unlike England.

The sentiment on the front is from the Through it together stamp set.

The sentiment on the inside is from the Special Moments stamp set, free with a qualifying order of £90 plus shipping during Sale-A-Bration (ends 28th February 2022).

Thank you so much for visiting my blog - I hope you enjoyed my project today!

Now it's time to check out the other projects in this hop!
