If you have just arrived from Sue's blog and you are visiting my blog for the first time - hello and welcome! My name is Kim and I am a Stampin' Up! demonstrator from Somerset, UK.
There is no theme today - although you'll find we have all used products from the Annual, Beginners or Mini catalogues.

I've been having lots of fun creating backgrounds with Embossing Paste and the Basic Pattern Decorative Masks.
I mixed a drop or two of Smoky Slate ink into matte Embossing Paste and applied it to a piece of Whisper White cardstock through the mask. I made sure I positioned the mask so that the pattern was centralised on my cardstock.
Once it had dried fully, I adhered the embossed background to a Smoky Slate card base.
Don't you just love how the colour of the paste blends beautifully into the base.
I stamped the large flower from the Forever Blossom stamp set and lightly coloured it in with Purple Posy Stampin' Blends and Mint Macaron Stampin' Blends. I then die cut it with the coordinating Cherry Blossom dies.
I die cut a label from the Stitched Nested Labels and attached this to my card with Dimensionals. I then added the flower using more Dimensionals.
The sentiment I've used is also from the Forever Blossom stamp set. I've stamped it in Versamark onto Basic Gray cardstock and added White Embossing Powder.
