World Card Making Day Stampin'! Up! Blog Hop feat. Jar of Love Stamp Set
Friday, 30 September 2016 Somerset, UK
It's so great to join together with so many demonstrators from all over the world to celebrate this crafty event, we have lots of amazing inspiration for you today and I hope you enjoy looking at our projects!
I made this card for a lady in my team at work who did something so lovely for me. One day I went back to my desk after a meeting and on my desk was a Slimming World magazine and a pack of their yummy cereal bars.
Trick or treat? Halloween card using the Spooky Fun stamp set and Halloween Scenes Framelit Dies by Stampin' Up!
Tuesday, 20 September 2016 Somerset, UK
I just could not resist another Halloween card, these are just too fun to make. This card is dead easy and took minutes to make - and I even did a bit of colouring! I think its super cute and it would be great idea to get the children involved to make these, they would have so much fun stamping with these creepy crawlies and ghosts!
There are so many stamps in the Spooky Fun stamp set that I still haven't used, so expect to see a few more Halloween cards from me between now and 31st October.
For the background I used the brick wall from the Ghoulish Grunge stamp set. I love these background stamps and I will be sad to see these go when the Autumn Winter catalogue finishes in January (there is a small chance it might not get "retired" but don't take a gamble, get it while its still around).
I hope you've enjoyed seeing my Halloween projects, its so fun to make these! Have a look at my Halloween Pinterest board for more ideas and inspiration by clicking here.
Congratulations on your wedding handmade card using Blooms and Wishes stamp set by Stampin' Up!
Thursday, 15 September 2016 Somerset, UK
I love this stamp set, its just gorgeous. Its called Blooms and Wishes and its very versatile. Using different colours you can achieve so many looks. Check out these lovely cards made using this stamp set that I've pinned on my Flowers & Nature Pinterest boards by clicking here.
I've used the colours Blushing Bride, Sweet Sugarplum, Wisteria Wonder, Mint Macaron and Soft Sky - my inspiration was the colours of the Sweet Pea flowers. I really must plant some next year as they are such lovely flowers - the garden has been a bit neglected recently....probably doesn't help that I prefer crafting to gardening any day!
I made this card with a wedding in mind so I used this great sentiment from the Floral Phrases stamp set for the inside.
You can purchase this stamp set from my online shop. You can find the link to my online shop in my top menu bar - just search for Blooms and Wishes but make sure you pick the english version of the stamp set! You get 11 flowers and leaves and 3 sentiments for only £19.00. The stamps are photopolymer so they are great for stamping background patterns too as you can see exactly where you are stamping.
I hope you've enjoyed my project today - you can subscribe to be notified of my future blog posts by entering your email address in the form on the left hand side of my blog. Alternatively you can follow me on Pinterest by clicking here. I would love to welcome more subscribers!

Just for you card using the babywipe technique and the Watercolour Wings stamp set by Stampin' Up!
Monday, 5 September 2016 Somerset, UK
This card has been made using the baby wipe technique, I've never used this technique before and had never heard about it until I went to the On Stage Local event by Stampin' Up! in April. I was having a lovely meal at Nando's with some fellow demos and it just came up in conversation. I can't believe that I had never heard of it before!
I only have Stampin' Up Ink Refills for the colours I use the most so I picked all the colours I thought would go well together. I then took a few sheets of babywipes and placed them down on a craft mat and then dropped a little bit of each colour all over the babywipe in random patterns. I used Island Indigo, Pool Party, Soft Sky, Blushing Bride, Perfect Plum and Smoky Slate - what a great colour combination!
I love this effect as you will never get the same look twice!
I've not had a lot of time to craft in the last few weeks. I've just had a look at this weeks Global Design Project - its fab, so I am going to try and get some time in my craft room this week so I can join in with this week's sketch challenge. Until then.....
